At Mountain Thunder Lodge, We took a $2000
reservation deposit which people
could get back if they did not proceed with a purchase. This
would be applied to the
initial 5% depoist upon signing which was not refundable, as was
the additional 5%
upon foundation and framing. Crystal Peak Lodge is being done
differently, as I expect will the rest of The Peaks of
Breckenridge.
