Liftside has some of the best rental income of
any property in this price range in the
county. River Mountain does not rent as well but is also less
expensive on a price per square foot basis. I do not know how the
gondola might effect this but I do not expect that it will a
great deal.
When Mountain Thunder properties do come on the
market, they are in a
somewhat higher price range than River Mountain..
