Today I researched rental income for a home in
the peak 7 area of Breckenridge which costs about $800,000 and
would have a gross
rental income of about $30,000 to $35,000. I thought that this
was a little low, but not
much. Rental management would take about 40% of this.
Working with multiple Realtors does not make
the best use of your time. If I were
to show you properties in Keystone, I would be learning what you
like and do not like
and this would help me know what to bring you to in other parts
of the county.
