shows the location of the properties at One Breckenridge Place.
The residence #25 is an end unit one row back from the street.
The one that just went under contract is #16 which is on the
corner of Park Ave and Village Rd.
The property is managed by ResortQuest.
I was told that the the individual to speak with about renting a
One Breck Place with ResortQuest is Jim Just.
Another company that I expect would do a good job with a property
like this one is Great Western Lodging.
