As a general rule of thumb, for short term
rentals, the closer you are to a chailift the
better. And Breckenridge tends to out perform Keystone, in part
due to more summer
attractions.
Beaver Run being is of the better rental properties in all of
Summit County.
Few listings include rental history in the listing information
but I can often track this
down on a case by case basis.
