Some listings will mention rental income in the
remarks area. Unfortunately, there is
a SEC regulation against having this be a standard field in our
system. I can usually
get rental history and/or estimates on a case by case basis if
you let me know which properties you are interested in.
Taxes remain fairly consistant from one year to
the next. They are about 1/2% the
value of the property. As values go up, so do taxes.
