With regard to my fee, this is something that
is almost always covered by the Seller.
We can discuss the specifics of this matter further but for now
you can assume that
my service will not be an expense to you. The only time that this
would not be the
case would be if I were representing you as a Buyer's Agent and
the Seller was
offering no or a reduced fee. In 8 years, I have only encountered
this situation once.
