property that is listed at the given price.
Whether the property is a duplex, townhome, or condo - the
bedrooms listed is for that
specific purchase. It would not be for all of the properties in
the building combined.
When using the "Contingency For Sale Of
Other Property" clause, the risks to the
Seller are the greatest when there is no Contract on the Other
Property. Having a
Contract is better. And having a Contract in which the various
Objection Deadlines,
Resolution Deadline, and the Loan Commitment Deadline have
passed, and all
other terms of the Contract have been satisfied, is much better
yet.
