New York Real Estate

Desirability during the summer vs. winter is rather subjective. Just like every other property in Summit County, rental income
will be less in the summer. But those of us who live here are always sorry to see
summer go and glad to see it return. Summers are wonderful up here where heat not a
factor.

I will probably be in NYC again before next summer.

Summers are awesome out here! This is also peak season for real estate though. I
have an assistant now so no matter what I will be able to take some time off.
