Items to stay on top of are:
Appraisal: Has it been ordered? Who is doing
it? When will it be done? Has it been
received? Has it been reviewed? What is the appraised value?
Condo Questionnaire: Has it been sent? Has it been returned? Has
it been reviewed?
Are there any problems?
Underwriting: Has the file gone to the underwriter? Are there any problems?
