Breckenridge Lodging Information
Breckenridge Colorado offers a wide variety of lodging options ranging from executive retreat style homes large enough to accomidate multiple familys to individual hotel rooms. All are available with ski-in / ski-out locations and many can also be found along the free bus routes, within walking distance of Main Street Breckenridge and/or the Breckenridge Ski Area, and on or near the courses of the Breckenridge Golf Club.

The following are some comments which might help you make your vacation lodging decisions:
- Book Early! Especially if you plan to vacation during the peak times of Christmas and spring break.
- Get a room or condo with a kitchen. You will save money by buying groceries and eating meals where you are staying.
- Get a room or condo within walking distance to both the lifts and town. This includes much of the lodging in Breckenridge but not the lodging on peak 7 or Boreas Pass Road. Free shuttles are available throughout Summit County, but it is much easier to walk.
- If you are staying on 4 O'Clock Road, walk to the Snowflake lift. If you are staying on Broken Lance Road or in the Village Condos, walk to the Quicksilver lift. I see people all the time who wait up to 15 minutes for a shuttle which will take another 20 minutes to drop them off at a chair lift, when they could have walked to one of the above chairs in 5 minutes!
