The program includse 74 luxury condominiums, 50,000 square feet of restaurants, banquet hall and chapel with 3,000 underground parking spaces. The design revolves around a nearly 1-acre central square in the tradition of many Hispanic and Latino communities in Europe, South and Central America.
The successful interpretation of the community's aspirations attracted investment from Solaris, an investment group formed by many local businesses.
