Amenta&Co services include shopping, recreation and entertainment concepts; programming for the creation of new resorts or the expansion of existing resorts.

These resorts may be scattered around the world - the issues are the same: providing amenities which attract increased visitation while recovering the investment for these; increasing occupancy during "shoulder seasons", differentiating and positioning a particular resort in competition with the immediate market or attracting group business and the destination traveler.

The demand for amenities change as a resort matures and the mix of merchants, restaurants and recreation needs reconsideration; the currently fashionable is the future déclassé.
